John Dewar & Sons today announced it has teamed up with Amazon for its first-ever livestream alcohol tasting and Amazon UK’s first-ever livestream event, in a move to help educate new and existing whisky drinkers on Scotch.
Hosted by Malt Master, Stephanie Macleod and award-winning drinks commentator, Alice Lascelles, the interactive livestream whisky tasting will be filmed in real-time from the Aberfeldy Distillery, for audiences based in the UK and Germany. Stephanie and Alice will also be joined by ABERFELDY’S Brand Home Ambassador, Matthew Cordiner.
The trio will guide viewers through the Single Malt Discovery Collection, a set of three remarkable Scotch whiskies from John Dewar & Sons brought together by Macleod exclusively for Amazon; ABERFELDY®, AULTMORE® and CRAIGELLACHIE®. They will also conduct informative Q&A sessions, where viewers will be able to submit questions live and direct to the hosts – another ‘first’ for an Amazon livestream event.

The limited-edition pack is made up of three 200ml bottles comprising: ABERFELDY 12 Years Old, AULTMORE 12 Years Old and CRAIGELLACHIE 13 Years Old, all bottled at 46% ABV.
