Heaven Hill Distillery launches historic, namesake, Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon in the UK

Heaven Hill Distillery, one of the world’s foremost American Whiskey producers, now celebrating 90 years, has just released Heaven Hill 7-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the UK.

Heaven Hill’s Bottled-in-Bond brand can be traced all the way back to 1939, when its original 4-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond quickly became Kentucky’s top-selling Bourbon. From this original release to the 2018 27-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond release and now the 2025 release of 7-Year-Old Bottle-in-Bond, the lineage of Heaven Hill Bourbon has been a constant throughout the company’s history.

Heaven Hill 7-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond is crafted from Heaven Hill Distillery’s traditional mashbill, mingled in small batches, and bottled at 100 proof. The D.S.P. (Distilled Spirits Plant) numbers of the Bernheim Distillery (D.S.P.-KY-1) and Heaven Hill’s Bardstown bottling house (D.S.P.-KY-31) are proudly displayed on the front label.

Heaven Hill Distillery was built on patience and perseverance, two values we continue to pour into our products today,” said Heaven Hill Distillery Executive Chairman, Max L. Shapira. “We are proud to release a namesake product that really brings us back to our company’s founding.  It celebrates our rich Bourbon-making heritage, as well as the values and standards we hold today as a point of passion for our company.”

The front label proudly displays “Bottled-in-Bond” at the top, and features a central illustration of the Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery from 1935.

This Bourbon gleams with a golden amber hue, offering an inviting aroma of warm vanilla, honey, and rich caramel. On the palate, smooth sweetness unfolds with a touch of rye spice, layered with caramel, honey, and oak, culminating in a long, lingering finish that leaves a warm, lasting impression.
