We’ve taken Kentucky bourbon and finished it for 18 months in a PX sherry cask. The result is rich, layered and built for those who like their whisky with depth.

This small batch release takes classic Kentucky bourbon and pushes it into deeper, darker territory. After initial maturation in American oak, it was finished for 18 months in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, drawing in layers of richness and intensity rarely seen in bourbon.
The result is bold and indulgent.
Expect maple syrup, toasted pecans and vanilla fudge, followed by dark raisins, fig jam and chocolate-coated dates from the PX influence. The texture is thick, coating, and built for slow sipping.
Bottled at 48.2% ABV. No chill filtration. No shortcuts.
