We’re delighted to be working with another Husband and Wife powerhouse, Ben and Fiona, at Benona chocolates. Like us, a hobby and passion has led to a successful (and delicious) business. Working with Ben and Fiona has been such a lovely process and we can’t wait for you to try our efforts.

2 x White Chocolate ganache with vanilla in a caramel chocolate shell featuring the GreatDrams Invergordon 20 Year Old Single Cask Single Grain Whisky
2 x Salted Caramel featuring the GreatDrams Peated Blended Malt “The Badger”

Premium options including bottles of the whiskies that went into the chocolates available too.

Peated Blend – Salted Caramel
(Green & Red)

Ingredients – Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole (MILK) Powder, Cocoa Mass, Peated Blend Whisky (ALCOHOL) Emulsifier (E322 (SOYA), Vanilla Extract, Double Cream (MILK), Butter (MILK), Glucose, Salt.

Invergordon – White Chocolate & Vanilla (Gold & Cream)

Ingredients – Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole (MILK) Powder, Cocoa Mass, invergordon Whisky (ALCOHOL), Emulsifier (E322 (SOYA), Vanilla Extract, Double Cream (MILK), Butter (MILK). Glucose, Sorbitol.

These are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens maybe present. Please note we take caution to prevent croes-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as all our recipes are produced in the same kitchen. E Numbers are used in the decoration of the moulds.
