Christmas 2022 Ardmore 8 Year Old Single Cask Single Malt
Not a lot of people know this, but GreatDrams’ very first bottling was from the Ardmore distillery way back in September 2017 and we have not had the opportunity to bottle another cask from this distillery since… until now! Bottled at the same age as the first one we did, but five years later, Expect beautiful waves of light Highland peat smoke, coupled with the sweetness from the sherry cask and an unquenching dryness on the finish that will having you coming back for more.

Inchgower 8 Year Old Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Having very few official bottlings from the distillery itself meant we were very curious by this cask and just had to release it – especially as we have enjoyed other indie bottles from Inchgower over the years, so why not? Once upon a time the distillery had its own floor maltings and cooperage and nowadays the malt used is unpeated. Expect flavour notes of sweet spice, orange marmalade, vanilla and charred oak.

Gold Medal Winning Indiana Rye 4 Year Old American Whiskey
We were unsure when we were going to release this whisky, then came the news that it had been awarded a Gold Medal at the London Spirits Competition in 2022, so we thought… rye not? Rye whiskey is all about that spice note and this release has a balance of classic rye spice and oaky vanilla notes from the new charred-oak barrel it matured in for its full maturation term. Try this rye whiskey in a classic cocktail too, it definitely adds another dimension to the Old Fashioned, Boulevardier and of course the Manhattan.

Islay Multi-Award Winning Single Cask Single Malt
One of the best Islay whiskies in the world? I mean… It is not for me to say… those shiny gold awards are pretty compelling tho eh? Awarded Double Gold at the World Spirits Competition and rated 98/100 by the IWSC, who awarded it the Gold Outstanding Medal… their highest medal award. A peated whisky from the mystical island of Islay, matured in First Fill Bourbon Barrel and laden with beautifully balanced, classic Islay peated whisky notes as well as lovely soothing vanilla and citrus fruit notes along with cinnamon and warming spice notes too.
