The conclusion of our industry-first Grain Whisky Sherry Cask Experiment, this whisky, all 85 bottles of it, has been finished for THIRTY months in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask that previously held our Craigellachie single malt, the first Single Cask Single Malt we ever released. Expect big notes of winter fruits and soft, muted spices whilst retaining its easy-drinking, boozy butter-like character.
