  1. The most amazing gin every. It goes cloudy because it is so heavy with botalicals that they precipitate with the addition of water or soda. Not chill-filtering keeps the flavours in and you can actually see this as it ‘louches’.
    Louche is from the latin for dizzy or crossed eyes, and my eyes crossed as I nosed Cotswolds Dry Gin!
    Made from pot stills in the glorious countryside, not from an industrial column still in the city! London gins, move aside – this elegant lady is from the Countryside!
    Beautiful packaging. Amazing product. OMG&T!!
