Once the largest Speyside single malt distilleries, Dailuaine has been producing whisky since 1851 and once survived a fire that wrecked the distillery, taking three years to rebuild.
Dailuaine also has a grain plant on site to process spent grains from a number of different distilleries in the south of Scotland, most of the malt used in production comes from the distillery itself too.
