This whisky is a curious one for us. It is very rare for a whisky company to release an ‘unfinished’ version of their products but that’s exactly what we have done with this super-limited release. This has been bottled at a higher ABV from the whisky we decided to hold back and not finish in our previous Craigellachie Oloroso Sherry Cask Release, simply because we like to compare pre- and post-finishing. Expect a powerful whisky with vanilla oakiness along with tropical fruit notes.

This bottle was never meant to be released, it was supposed to be bottled for our founder, but Greg felt it more interesting to release it so you could try it. This is the second release we have done from the Craigellachie distillery, showing our passion for the spirit produced at this Speyside gem.
