Each year, our Christmas Series celebrates the season with something unexpected, something that brings a little festive joy to your glass. For 2025, we’re proud to release a truly distinctive expression: a Single Cask Single Grain whisky matured in a Sauvignon Blanc cask.
Grain whisky already carries a natural elegance – smooth, buttery, and soothing – but in this rare maturation it takes on a whole new vibrancy. The Sauvignon Blanc cask layers in notes of ripe fruit, crisp freshness, and subtle zest, lifting the whisky’s creamy base into something bright, celebratory, and joyfully different.
Few whiskies of any style, let alone grain, ever see time in Sauvignon Blanc wine casks. That makes this release not only delicious, but genuinely unusual – the kind of bottling that sparks conversation and lingers in memory long after the last drop.
