How cool is this? A virtual blend your own whisky night with GreatDrams to learn how to blend whisky and to create your own blend.
You will be sent four whiskies;
One will be smoky
One will be fruity
One will be spicy
One will be creamy
As well as a bottle of soda for a highball and an empty bottle for you to fill your creation into at the end (if there’s any left).
On the night I will talk through how blenders go about creating blends for their brands, the process the testing and refining and from there we will each create our own blended whisky to match our own tastes.
The tasting is to be broadcast live on the GreatDrams Facebook page May 14th at 8.30pm (after the NHS clap) – Facebook.com/GreatDrams.
The video will be uploaded to YouTube after the tasting so those who cannot make May 14th can still get involved at a time that suits them.
